GUEST BOOK

Walt was one of a kind. Such a caring person, with so much love for family. I will always have fond memories. I always thought the two of you, 'Dody & Walt,' were soulmates. Much love from Julia Ellen.

- Julia Ellen Mendoza, Buffalo, NY

I am so very sorry for your loss. I am praying for your family as you navigate these difficult days. I hope you will find comfort knowing he is in heaven with The Lord............. Gone From My Sight.......... I am standing upon the seashore. A ship, at my side, spreads her white sails to the moving breeze and starts for the blue ocean. She is an object of beauty and strength. I stand and watch her until, at length, she hangs like a speck of white cloud just where the sea and sky come to mingle with each other. Then, someone at my side says, "There, she is gone." Gone where? Gone from my sight. That is all. She is just as large in mast, hull and spar as she was when she left my side. And, she is just as able to bear her load of living freight to her destined port. Her diminished size is in me -- not in her. And, just at the moment when someone says, "There, she is gone," there are other eyes watching her coming, and other voices ready to take up the glad shout, "Here she comes!" And that is dying...

We were touched by Walter Coward as a friend and neighbor for the past 21 years. He was also joyful, wanted to help you in any way he could. We will gracefully miss me. We ask the Lord to touch the family at this time. Our condolence go out to Dolores and his children at this time. Our prayers go out to them, so many memories.

- Antonio & Lauretta Moreno, Savannah, GA

Walt was a great boss, always there with a helping and guiding hand. Always laughing, telling jokes that were actually funny, and never loss for words. Last time I saw him, he gave me a run down on all the friends and co-workers we had come in contact with. We will miss him. We are so sorry for your lost. May God Bless you.

- Paul H. & Elaine L. Lester, Szvannah, GA

My condolences to the Coward Family on the passing of your loved one. May Jehovah God grant you his peace while you await his promise at John 5:28 [ to resurrect those who have been asleep in death]. May fond memories of Walter linger in your hearts and bring you peace in the days ahead.
